1. What is your return policy?

Foot Villa offers a 14-day, hassle free return policy. Simply login to your account dashboard and select RMA Request, or click on the link in at the bottom of the page to submit a return request. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. Please do not use the product packaging as a shipping container or your return shipment will be rejected.

2. How do I track my Foot Villa order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. In most cases, you can track your package online at usps.com 

3. Does Footvilla.com offer exchanges?

Yes! If your shoes are damaged or do not fit you can exchange your unworn shoes for another pair. Send us an RMA request and specify the items you would like to exchange and we'll get you setup.

4. How can I contact FootVilla.com?

Contacting customer service is easy. Use the Live Chat icon in the bottom right corner of the website for the quickest response. If you are contact FootVilla after normal business hour, please fill out a support request form on the Contact Us page and one of our friendly representatives will get back to you the following business day.

6. What are the payment options when ordering from Footvilla.com?

Foot Villa accepts PayPal and all major credit cards. Your information is never sold, never compromised and you will never be spammed. 

7. How much does it cost to have Footvilla.com ship to my country?

You will be able to calculate shipping at checkout. Not all shipping options are available for international customers.

8. Why was my Footvilla.com order cancelled?

Orders are subject to cancellation if there is an issue with payment or if for some reason it cannot be fulfilled due to high demand for the merchandise. This rarely happens, but a representative will let you know when the item is back in stock.

9. Can I cancel my Footvilla.com order?

You can cancel the order if you reach out before the order is fulfilled. Once the order has been filled packaging fees may apply. If the order has already been shipped you will have to review the return policy for more details. Use Contact Us page to submit a request and specify the order number and the reason for cancellation. 

10. Will I sacrifice quality to get the awesome savings offered by Foot Villa?
